ARCHITECTURAL TECHNICIANS

BH&M Chartered Architects are specialists in Education within both the maintained and non maintained sector.

Working predominantly on educational projects, the main duties will include assisting with the production of technical documentation, including planning applications, plans, elevations, sections, tender drawings, construction drawings and details. It will require liaising closely with the chief Architect and also engineers and surveyors for technical information, which you will need to be able to incorporate into drawings. In addition, you will also be required to attend client meetings and site visits to oversee progress, and liaise with consultants and contractors.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree and experience of working in a similar role. A high proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.

Applicants must have membership of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists and hold CIAT, ACIAT or similar qualifications.
